Link with manufacturers, EDI (Electronic Ordering) & EPC (Electronic Parts Catalouges)
The Evopos team has also worked closly with a number or manufacturers to be able to produce composite reports. We also produce our own format 'Business Analysis' report which details nearly all aspects of a busy dealership in a concise easy to read format.
Evopos can link to most Electronic Parts Catologes so you can build a picklist of parts which can be exported directly into Evopos to save you typing in the part twice.
You can also produce EDI orders in EVOPOS which can be automatically uploaded directly to the manufacturer system. This can avoid errors as the part numbers do not need to be re-typed and can save time so you get your parts quicker.
Price Books
We can supply a wide range of Price Books for different manufacturers such as Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Harley Davidson, Ducati, Triumph, Aprilia, Victory, Husqvarna, KTM, Kymco, MV, Polaris and many more. Plus we have Price Books for the popular wholesalers.
Price Books are very handy for looking up prices for items you do not normally stock. It is very simple to special order items from a price file and EVOPOS makes it very easy to track.
You can also use the Price Books to automatically update your stock after a price rise. You can adjust the margins to suit and EVOPOS remembers the settings so that next time you receive an updated price book it is all automated.
If we do not have a Price Book we can normally get it for you. Or if you want to do yourself we have several import options including from Microsoft Excel.
Workshop
